This report from the RSA argues that the twin challenges of economic insecurity and labour-market transforming technologies require a new blueprint social contract for good work. The report identifies five good work principles – security, wellbeing, growth, freedom, and subjective nurture – from which a process for designing a new social contract is formulated.
